University Book Store is committed to providing students and faculty with the correct materials for academic success. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return items in their original condition within 30 days of the transaction date.
Verify Eligibility
Ensure your items are in original, resaleable condition with all tags attached and shrink-wrap intact; textbooks must be returned within the designated add/drop period for the current semester.
Gather Documentation
Locate your original sales receipt or packing slip, as proof of purchase is required for all refunds to be processed to the original payment method.
Choose Return Method
Bring your items to the Customer Service desk at any campus location for an immediate refund, or mail them back to our central warehouse using a trackable shipping service.
Receive Refund
Once your return is inspected and approved, a credit will be issued to your original credit card or student account within 5 to 7 business days.
